Oh. My. Gawsh.

I've got to do a 15 page online promotion booklet, OH. NO. I've sort of done 15 pages but they don't look very  design- oriented! I just want to sack this computer-based work off and concentrate on my project goddamn it!
Anyway, when my free trial (cheap skate) of illustrator runs out, I'm going to get right into my project, I'm recruiting my boyfriend and friends to do a bit of modelling for photography, and as I'm back in the homeland I'm going to go out and capture images of some amazing spaces that you cannot find within the city.

Miniatures.

So I slid down three fleights of stairs today, but that hasn't stopped me from doing a cheeky bit of work. After doing a 25 page Illustrator book I'm looking forward to concentrating more on this project. Here I have used tiny objects to manipulate the perception of size and space.

More photays.

Orate art shit.

Here's a few new pieces that I've done over the past few weeks, they concentrate on living space and human interaction with space. I've used biro and blue pen because it gives a nice DIY aspect to the images. Enjoy.

Splitting the atom.
Paper Doilie saturated with biro pen. My representation of an atom, I'm going to explore these images as they are very interesting, giving texture and colour perspectives, maybe work them into some kind of larger series.

Freezing.

Well all f this snow is going to keep me inside and doing work for as long as it lasts! I'm doing a few studies on static at the minute, its very interesting how we're surrounded by objects that we can see and also ones that are above and below our sensory vision. The sale of this space is also very complex and the concepts surrounding the various purposes of space are what I'm going to grapple with during my next few studies for my project.

Embryo experiment...

Not sure on how I want to present my series of photographs for my Open Studios event, I'm going to try a combination of foamboard and photo frames and see what works best. In the meantime, I've got an illustrator workbook to do, twenty five pages of OH. DEAR.
On the other hand I may have secured work experience for a large printing firm back home, which is bloody good news!

New bits.

Here are a few pieces inspired by artists that I am currently worshipping. I need to find some new idols though, anyone know of any really awesome contemporary artists?
